Job Description

The Country Operations Manager is responsible for business development in your specific country or region. As the Country Operations Manager, your goal is to define and introduce the right strategies to help the business establish itself successfully in the region. You will be entrusted to lead the daily operations of your particular country/region, including responsibilities such as recruitment and training, writing budgets and reports, and assessing performance. As the Country Operations Manager, you will be working with our International Expansion team, mainly focused on setting the groundwork for acquisition and development of talents within the region. To be a good Country Operations Manager, you need to be a strategist. You must have a good understanding of the needs of both the organization and the country, and use that knowledge to develop effective plans for business to successfully establish itself. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for managing all operations within a country, involving taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.
• Liaising with head office and writing up quarterly/annual reports
• Lead multifunctional and work with different business teams
• Set requirements and timelines for the teams
• Collaborate with leadership to strategize how best to roll out the business
• Help to come up and build key international strategic expansion with teamwork
• Make effective strategies in an effort to find some new angles that would make everything fit together
• Develop marketing initiatives & campaigns that will drive Talent Acquisition.
• Spearhead PR & community events both offline and online
• Adapt the business model to be culturally relevant without losing its identity
• Maintain a good image of the organization at all times
• Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training
• Produce business performance reports, which could be on a monthly or quarterly basis
• Network effectively with local clients and develop strong professional relationships
• Contribute to the overall global success of our company
• Help amplify the distribution of publicity materials across different media platforms
• Represent the Tier One brand in marketing events, promotions, exhibitions, product launches, and social media postings
• Identify areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities

• Proven experience as Country Operations Manager, General Management or similar role
• Deliver highest standards of customer service

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM6,600.00 - RM8,850.00 per month Schedule:

• Flexible hours

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary

Experience:

• Country Opertaions Manager or General Manager: 1 year (Required)
