About the Role

Sunflower Shawl is looking for a Creative Operations Coordinator -- someone with aesthetic eyes, strong initiative, and the ability to support both content creation and light operations. You'll assist in campaign preparation, photoshoots, content organisation, influencer coordination, and day-to-day creative tasks. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, social media, and working in a fast-growing, aesthetic environment.

? Responsibilities

Creative Content Support

Capture simple content using phone (videos, close-ups, BTS) Basic editing using CapCut / Canva Prepare IG Story flows & help schedule posts Collect inspirations, create moodboards, and maintain brand aesthetic Assist during photoshoots (styling, prepping outfits, helping with shots)
Campaign & Influencer Coordination

Help organise campaign timelines & shoot days Shortlist and contact influencers/KOLs Prepare briefs, coordinate deliverables, and follow up professionally Assist during villa shoots, outdoor shoots, and live event setups
Social Media Organisation

Arrange content folders, update content calendar, manage UGC Prepare captions, hashtags, and posting structure using brand templates
Light Operations Support

Prepare products for content (arrange, label, pull-out stock) Assist with PR packaging and simple back-parcel support when needed Maintain tidy, aesthetic studio workspace
? Requirements

Strong aesthetic sense (clean, classy, modern visuals) Comfortable shooting using phone & basic editing Knows CapCut, Canva, Google Drive Organised, proactive, and able to multitask Enjoys fashion & social media trends Comfortable assisting during shoots and campaign days Positive attitude, fast learner, and reliable
