DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES \xc2\xb7 Reporting to the Sales Manager/ Regional Sales & Marketing Head. \xc2\xb7 To coordinate and support internal sales team and external sales agencies on sales related matters. \xc2\xb7 To attend weekly sales meetings, prepare meeting minutes and purchase requisitions for sales expenditures. \xc2\xb7 To coordinate with sales team/agencies, purchasers, solicitors and bankers to ensure all agreements and loan are properly signed and stamped. \xc2\xb7 To review and verify information in documentations are accurate for signing; such as details of property and agreed selling price. \xc2\xb7 To coordinate with account department on progressive billings, such as billings, reminders, receipts and collection of payments and prepare weekly collection reports. \xc2\xb7 To maintain and update all new sales and progress of sales to ensure information in system is always kept up-to-date and accurate, including managing purchasers\xe2\x80\x99 record. \xc2\xb7 To carry out other duties as assigned from time to time by the Management. REQUIREMENTS \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. \xc2\xb7 Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred. \xc2\xb7 Job experience in the property development industry will be an added advantage. \xc2\xb7 Works independently, self-initiative and resourceful. \xc2\xb7 Strong multi-tasking ability with good attention to details and deadlines. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. \xc2\xb7 Attractive remuneration package. \xc2\xb7 Training will be provided.
