Assess credit standing, structure and decide on all Emerging Business (EmB) applications including credit exception.
Evaluate and approve Trade Transaction exceptions and current accounts excesses (if required)
Review and approve rescheduling restructuring facilities.
Able to participate and lead project in process improvement.
Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS
Min 10 years of banking experience in SME
Leadership track record and experience in managing team
Possesses a positive, can-do attitude and can work under pressure to meet tight turnaround time.
Agile, prepared to make changes and implement best practices.
Able to add value to the organization through implementation of effective and efficient process and enjoy sharing / coaching / training junior staff in the process.
Independent, self motivated, resourceful and excellent interpersonal skills.
