Job Description



1. To carry out the credit administration function such as follow up purchasers loan application and with solicitors and end-financiers to expedite the loan documentation. 2. To generate progressive billing and renotice billing timely and to ensure the progressive billing timely and to ensure the progressive billings are send out to the respective purchasers and end-financiers in a timely manner. 3. To keep track and follow up progressive payment with the purchasers, end-financiers and solicitors timely to avoid any late payment. 4. To generate reminders and notice of termination in accordance to the sales and Purchase Agreement. 5. To ensure all date in system is accurate and up to date. 6. To handle sub- sales matters, refinancing, utilities, vacant possession and Memorandum of Transfer. 7. To ensure proper filing of purchaser\'s files and timely. 8. To prepare monthly reports for submission to the management. 9. To response purchaser\'s complaints promptly and politely.
To undertake and perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the superior/ management from time to time. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From RM1,500.00 per month Benefits:
