Working Hours: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday
Salary: RM 2,800 - 3,600

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Supervise outstanding account balances;
• Update notes in company\xe2\x80\x99s existing system from result of credit & collection activities assigned;
• Commence appropriate actions to ensure collection of slow paying or offending balances;
• Keep management informed of credit and collection activities and take action prescribed by senior management to tackle issues raised;
• Assist customers to resolve account problems emanating from incorrect billing, inaccurate information, improper delivery, slow payments, etc;
• Act as the company\xe2\x80\x99s representative in taking inbound calls whenever necessary;
• Arrange debt repayment based on customer\xe2\x80\x99s financial situation and client repayment guidelines, via credit card, check or obtained insurance

The experience we are looking for:

• Diploma / Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree are welcomed to apply
• At least 2 years related working experience
• Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage
• Knowledge in IT \xe2\x80\x93 Microsoft office (Word & Excel)
• Able to communicate and negotiate well with people.
• Good personality, responsible and positive.
