Contact customers with overdue accounts via calls, email, or messages.
Negotiate repayment plans and settlements.
Maintain and update customer account records.
Prepare daily/weekly collection reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Provide professional customer service during debt recovery.
Requirements:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Previous experience in collections or customer service is a plus.
