Job Description

The

Credit Control Intern

will assist the Credit Control team in managing purchaser accounts, monitoring progress billing payments, and supporting day-to-day credit administration related to property development projects.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in monitoring purchaser accounts and updating progress billing status. Help prepare reminder emails, statements of account, and follow-ups for overdue payments. Support the team in coordinating with Sales Admin, Legal, and Project teams to resolve billing or documentation issues. Assist in checking loan documents, end-financier letters, and stamping/SPA status where required. Update and maintain credit control files, reports, and purchaser payment records. Support reconciliation of payments received from purchasers and banks. Assist with data entry, document filing, and general administrative tasks. Perform any other tasks assigned by the Credit Control team in relation to ongoing projects.

Requirements



Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Property Management, or related field. Good attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills. Basic understanding of property development processes is an advantage. Good communication skills and willingness to coordinate with internal departments and external parties. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data handling. Able to work independently and in a team.

Learning Opportunities



Exposure to real property development cycles, including progress billing and end-financing processes. Hands-on experience handling purchaser accounts and credit documentation. Understanding of inter-department coordination (Sales Admin, Legal, Project, Finance). Development of communication, administrative, and financial management skills.
Job Types: Temporary, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM400.00 - RM500.00 per month
