Job Description

What you will be accountable for:

• Implement and make sure standardized PPG Credit Policy for the business throughout the region.
• Credit Control: Implement collection to be in-line with risk exposure analyzed to minimum deviation on the yearly target set by the Business team of the region.
• Partner with Business Team: Reliable information exchanged between sales team and credit team to optimum benefit to the business while credit risk is in control.
• Provide timely and reliable analysis of receivable performance to assist customers in understanding the direct impact of the collection against Sales.
• Control on the daily order release for account which exceeded credit limit and consists of overdue debts.
• Ensure accurate approval been acquired as per Credit policy before conducting order release.

Essential Qualification, Experience and Skill:

• Minimum of Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or any equivalent field of studies.
• 1 - 2 years' experience in handling order release management
• Organized, analytical and ability to adapt in difficult situation.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills while proficiency in verbal & written English & Mandarin is a must.
• Resourceful and able to encourage team with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and ambitious environment.
