We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our KL HUB team in Shah Alam. Supporting our regional teams, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your credit control expertise as we continue to expand our operations.

The Mission

To safeguard and manage the accounts receivable asset by ensuring timely collection of all outstanding payments, while maintaining strong customer relationships. This is a sole charge role, responsible for the full spectrum of the Accounts Receivable function.

Key Respobsibilities

Collect all outstanding debts in a timely manner Print invoices daily and statements monthly Allocate incoming payments accurately against invoices Manage and resolve invoice queries both internally and externally Process new account applications and set appropriate credit limits Review and maintain credit limits for existing accounts Develop and maintain procedures in line with the Credit Policy to achieve targeted debtor levels

What We Are Looking For

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or Business Studies Minimum 3 years of credit control experience, including at least 1 year in a sole charge role Working knowledge of SAP and C4C is desirable 1-2 years of experience in general accounting and finance Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated with a customer service mindset Flexible and adaptable approach to work Ability to build effective relationships with both customers and internal teams Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word High level of accuracy and numeracy
