Job Description

CREDIT OFFICER Responsible for sales activities (for financing products, deposits and fees), financing processing, account management and quality of financing assets. All these aspects should be parallel with targeted KPI targets. - Performing sales activities for products financing, deposit and fee based (eg wills, takaful, zakat, utilities, services remittance and other retail products) including existing customer and new business opportunity. - Attempt to improve product quality through customer feedback and the markets obtained subsequently submit to Service and Product Development. - Provide business advice to customer. - Reviewing existing customer accounts for identifying potential sales and managing new business opportunity. - Establish and maintain a network of relationships business with entrepreneur community especially under the micro and small categories. - Processed loan applications for an involving credit assessment, provision of mail offer and help customers share meet the financing requirements set. - Handle special fund matters for approval funds when processing financing. - Supervise account financing below Branch portfolio (involving activities: Review re-credit, collection visit and service credit recovery advice) to ensure asset quality is at the staged level. - Regulating the preparation of operational reports credit control (e.g.: Account standing watch list / delinquency, MIA Movement, Credit Dashboard for Committee review meetings Financing [FRC] and others. - Regulating the supervision of Ar-Rahnu\'s account expired via activity delivery notice and telephone. - Monitor receipt of refunds funding from SPGA and if available any failure to receive payment, required to check with ANGKASA and identify the escort action accordingly.
