To analyse and process Awam-i applications with complete set of documentation and information obtain for new and existing customer application.
Ensure applications are processed within the stipulated turnaround time, achieving the KPI\xe2\x80\x99s set and decision are in-line with the compliance and regulatory requirement.
Perform verification on application with relevant parties to ensure the genuineness of the employment details are established.
To be alert in detecting and preventing any potential elements of fraud or fraud applications.
Follow-up of documents / information via RCSU or email with sales / branches / Group Compliance to support the credit application or AML findings.
To compute and update applicant\xe2\x80\x99s income, Debt Service Ratio and other relevant variable accurately before performing the Centralized Retail Decision Engine (CRDE).
To evaluate, analyse and approve credit facilities within credit practices based on credit check findings and CCRIS conduct.
To perform CTOS, Interpol and AML Fuzzy name search and update the finding into RCSU or CAF system.
To performed Acceptance calls with applicant on the redemption selection confirmation.
To perform UAT Testing, escalate and follow up in the event facing any system issues.
Exercising individual discretionary authority accordance to approval granted by management and ensures quality and accuracy.
To undertake any other directives, duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
Qualification
Bachelor Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (Banking/ Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics) or its related courses.
