Job Description

Familiar with oil and gas industry personnel safety practices and crew change activities; Computer literate; Equipped hands on knowledge in mobilization of personnel and crew change; Plan and coordinate mobilization of all onshore and offshore personnel; Responsible for crew pre-mob checklists; Responsible for chopper booking and crew change activity; Responsible for logistic and training arrangement to ensure successful mobilization; Familiar with hook-up and commissioning crew change activities; Support operation needs that includes, but not limited to mobilization and demobilization of personnel job planning, personnel\'s offshore readiness and the fulfillment of sufficient manpower resources as and when required; Coordinate with operations for manpower planning, forecasting, analysis, sourcing and hiring; Require minimum supervision; At least Diploma / Degree in any related discipline; Able to start immediately is an added advantage.
