Job Description

Our client is one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world that provides a wide range of telecommunications services, including fixed-line and mobile communication, internet services, network infrastructure, and data centers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designs, plans, installs, and/or maintains mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other infrastructure systems in mission-critical, high-risk, or high-reliability environments such as data centers, medical facilities, laboratories or utilities infrastructure.
• Has proficient understanding of sensitive facility components that may be impacted by failures or malfunctions of infrastructure systems.
• Analyzes current operating conditions and recommends new preventative and proactive methods for maintaining and monitoring facilities systems.
• Coordinates response to emergency situations and ensures that corrective measures are rapid and thorough.
• Participates in the planning and installation of new facility systems.
• May work with multiple components including HVAC systems, air or liquid cooling systems, CRAC/CRAH units, power distribution units, fire systems, life safety systems, etc.

• At least 2 Year(s) of experience in maintenance or facilities functions.
• Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree/Vocational in Mechanical and Electrical or equivalent.
• Suruhanjaya Tenaga and UPTIME institute certification is preferrable but not compulsory.
• Must be result oriented, have strong problem-solving and good analytical skills.
