Job Title: CRM (Application Engineer) Type: Contract (12 months) Client: Accenture Location: Client Site (Menara UOB, Jln Raja Laut, Kuala Lumpur City Centre, 50350Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur; tentatively; subject to change) :

• Application Maintenance/ Production Support (6 to 9 years of experience required)
• Platform: MSD CRM (WRM, ACM)
• Server/Database: Microsoft/SQL
• Language: Microsoft Dynamic
• OS: Microsoft
• Application engineer doing environment setup and application release.
• Job Role Expectation:Min 5 years of relevant exp required, Set up CRM on-premise environment and configure teh integrations with other systems, manage release process, troubleshoot the issue related to environment set-ups, set-ups of CI/CD or DevOps pipelines.
• Mandatory Keywords: Dynamics 365 Release Management, Solutions Deployment, Environment Set-up, Plugins, Workflows, Actions, C#, .Net Development.
• Optional Keywords: Batch integration, banking experience.
• Primary Skill: CRM Applications

Mandatory Requirements:

• Release Engineer for MS Dynamics 365
• Setup DevOps pipeline, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory
• Deploy solutions to environments.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues.
• Knowledge in basic Windows OS commands.
• Good at troubleshooting, root cause analysis with wide knowledge in IToperation.
• Good communication skills both written and oral in English
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases traditional RDMS, such asSQL Server

Good to Have Requirement: Banking knowledge is a plus. Job Type: Contract
