We are seeking a skilled
CRM Dynamics Developer
to design, develop, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation in Dynamics CRM (cloud and on-premises), experience in end-user support, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, high-quality solutions.
Experience Level:
Experienced:
2-6 years of hands-on experience as a CRM Dynamics Developer, including user support.
Senior:
More than 6 years of experience as a CRM Dynamics Developer, with proven experience supporting end users.
Academic Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Technical Skills:
Proven expertise in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and support
, with strong focus on
cloud versions
and understanding of
on-premises environments

Proficiency in
custom development
using plugins, workflows, Power Automate, custom entities, and business process flows.
Good understanding of
system configuration

Key Responsibilities:
Development:
Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform.
Customization & Configuration:
Configure CRM to meet evolving business requirements and optimize user experience.
Support & Maintenance:
Provide technical support for both cloud-based and on-premises Dynamics environments, including troubleshooting user and system issues.
Integration:
Implement integrations between Dynamics CRM and other business systems to streamline processes and improve data flow.
Data Management:
Oversee data migration and ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance.
Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for solutions, configurations, and processes.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to optimize CRM performance and enhance business workflows.
