Role -CRM Dynamics Developer

Desired Experience Range: 6-10 + years

Desired Grade Range(C1/C2 or C3A above)

Location of Requirement: Putrajaya (Malaysia)

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have - (Ideally should be min 3-5)

Proven experience in Microsoft dynamics development and support with an emphasis on cloud versions but with as well understanding of on premises ones. PowerBi Knowledge is a plus

Good-to-Have: Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Development: Develop and maintain, custom solutions within the dynamics 365 platform including plugins, workflows, custom entities and business process flows.

System Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure dynamics CRM to meet business requirements, including forms, views, dashboards and security roles

Support and maintenance: Provide technical and troubleshooting for both on preemies and cloud based dynamics CRM environments, addressing user issues and system defects.

Integration: Integrate Dynamics CRM with other internal and third party systems using APIs webs services, and data migration tools

Data Management: manage data imports, exports, and migration processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy

Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for new and existing solutions, configurations, and processes

Malaysian citizen preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM10,500.00 - RM11,500.00 per month
