The CRM Sales Process Specialist will support the business sales operations and enablement strategy for Southeast Asia in the food ingredients space of Cargill Food Ingredients and Bioindustrial (FIBI) Enterprise . In this role, you will serve as a partner to develop and sustain moderately complex solutions that make the sales teams more effective and efficient through a mix of tools, processes and technologies. You will be involved in continuous improvement, sales training, sales processes, sales tools adoption and data management to increase engagement and effectiveness for the sales organization. Key Accountabilities
Serve as business product owner of the customer relationship management tool, including effectiveness and utilization measures. Drive the adoption of CRM tools by go-to-market team to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Lead and coordinate the sales data management strategy across multiple systems related to customer, category, customer segment, account manager, geography, and product attributes. Handle moderately complex projects for enhancements related to processes improvements, system upgrades and user experience initiatives. Create and facilitate sales process and tools training for end users. Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. #APACFIBI2030 Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field or equivalent experience Experience with CRM tools Good understanding of sales process and sales operations Minimum of two years of related work experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in sales enablement or sales operations Ability to solicit enhancement requirements and communicate with nontechnical business stakeholders effectively Project management Experience working in a complex matrixed organization KEY BEHAVIORS Ability to take complex process and information into steps to achieve desired outcome, e.g. tools adoption Good project management skills Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments.
