Join us as Sales Process Specialist for the Electrification Service Business Area where you will be implementing and operating the marketing and sales processes, sales support infrastructure, market intelligence and sales training in the dedicated area of responsibility. Applying operational excellence methodologies and providing solutions and services in the Lead Business multi-countries or local LSOs. Reporting to Marketing and Sales Manager and this position will be based in Subang Jaya, Malaysia.
Your responsibilities
Supporting at the dedicated area a proper implementation and communication of the sales processes.
Assisting the Sales teams in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
Performing lost opportunities analysis, identifies potential cause, and recommends future actions in cooperation with Sales/Local Business Unit to obtain better future results.
Supporting the development and use of the opportunity tracking tools and collect the business requirements (e.g. from Sales users) to enhance the sales processes and improve market intelligence.
Acting as key player in the business reference teams, by suggesting improvements to the tools based on own evaluations to achieve simplification and to increase users\xe2\x80\x99 acceptance.
Supporting in the dedicated area the deployment of KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and monitors the sales performance, e.g., productivity, channels, sectors.
Ensuring the development of a proper network throughout the local sales units, to enable a long run structured and sustainable process mindset in the sales teams; carefully drives and ensures behavioral change accordingly.
Your background
Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, International Business, Management or equivalent.
Experience in order handling / order processing.
Implementing business processes and to track effectiveness.
Monitoring sales team performance, updating online sales tools and comparing to planned KPI\xe2\x80\x99s.
Familiar with bids and proposal process.
Managing customer online portals for submission of tender and receiving purchase orders.
Should be familiar with Ms Office applications and knowledge on using Salesforce.com and SAP will be advantage.
Fluent in written and spoken English and a team player.
