The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.This position will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and will report to the Business Line Manager - Sales & MarketingMissionYour mission will be to optimizing our sales procedures and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all stages of the sales cycle. You will also be our CRM Specialist (Salesforce)You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM platform to support our Sales, Marketing, and customer service initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Sales processThe responsibilities will include as below.

  • Analyse current sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline sales procedures and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and insights on sales processes.
  • Create and maintain documentation of sales processes, including workflows, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Train sales teams on new processes and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
  • Proactively identify issues or bottlenecks in the sales pipeline and propose solutions to address them.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales process optimization.
CRMThe responsibilities will include as below.
  • Configure, customize, and maintain our Salesforce platform to meet the needs of our organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop and implement automation processes, workflows, and custom objects to streamline business operations.
  • Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce features and functionalities and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and usability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configuration, integration, and data management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and applications.
Requirement
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing sales process (digital and traditional) in a corporate, or agency environment being technology savvy
  • Passionate and having thorough understanding of B2B and B2C sales process.
  • You have a structured, independent way of working.
  • Data driven and analytical.
  • Experience using analytics software will be a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
