The Customer Service Admin (CS Admin) will provide administrative and customer support to the Marketing and Business Development departments. This role ensures smooth handling of customer inquiries, supports sales and marketing activities, and assists with reporting and documentation. The CS Admin plays a key role in maintaining positive customer relationships and enabling the team to achieve business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Support
Handle inbound inquiries from customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, or other platforms.
Assist customers with product information, quotations, and service-related questions.
Manage customer complaints or issues and coordinate with relevant teams for solutions.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM / internal system.
Marketing & Business Development Support
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
Support the coordination of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
Manage and track leads generated by the Marketing & BD teams.
Prepare reports on customer feedback, sales leads, and marketing activities.
Administrative Tasks
Maintain and organize departmental files, documents, and contracts.
Monitor and update databases for customer information and marketing assets.
Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with clients.
Ensure timely submission of reports and support ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience in customer service/admin is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Positive attitude, customer-oriented, and team player.
