Duties & Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\x93Support Department Head to make sure:
Adherence to legal, other & customer/RBA requirements related to CSR i.e. environmental regulations, labor laws, & ethical sourcing practices.
Company\'s CSR compliance policies & procedures are maintained & updated to reflect legal & standard changes, well-understood, & effectively implemented within the company.
Assist in the audit activities to identify & mitigate CSR-related risks.
Regularly track & monitor the changes in laws, customer/RBA standards, & regulations.
Foster a culture of compliance by effectively communicating legal, other, customer/RBA requirements to the team.
The effectiveness of QMS is achieved.
