Assist in daily food preparation including washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients.
Support the culinary team in mise en place and plating during service.
Learn and perform basic cooking techniques under supervision.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
Assist in receiving and storing supplies according to inventory guidelines.
Rotate stock using the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method.
Participate in kitchen briefings and menu introductions.
Observe and learn professional culinary practices from senior chefs.
Uphold teamwork, punctuality, and a positive learning attitude.
