Position: Customer Accounts Receivable Industry: Health Care Contract duration: 6 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewable based on performance) Working Hours/Day: 8. A.M. - 5 P.M., Monday - Friday : Job As a Customer Accounts Receivable Officer you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: . Securing efficient AR collection in line with customer agreed payment terms . Primary point of contact for customer account enquiries via phone or email . Actively resolving overdue invoices with the customer by building relationships . Monitoring and managing credit parameters, payment terms and exception requests in conjunction with Credit COE Team . Managing customer complaint cases (such as short shipments or pricing errors) to ensure disputes are reconciled in a timely manner with good communication . Becoming an expert in and positively influencing the payment behavior of the customer as appropriate depending on the business model and type of customer . Helping to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) like days sales overdue (DSO) within your team . Supporting the CIR Area Leader with data sharing, customer background and general reporting for your area as required Job Requirements: . Minimum diploma holder . Ability to communicate clearly, build relationships and discuss financial matters with customers . Good time management skills, organized and reliable . Comfortable under pressure with multiple tasks on hand able to prioritise and identify issues that require escalation or wider stakeholder engagement . Intermediate Excel skills - basic formula would be helpful, can be taught . Customer first mindset, creating win win outcomes .
