Handling inbound call and outbound call regarding Postpaid & Fibre related issue. Assist customer in troubleshoot line issue Walk customer thru product of company and promotion Cross/up-selling company product with call in customer.
Job Requirements:
SPM/Diploma/Degree holder with 1 year working experience in a call center.
Able to work 24/7 shift rotation basis
Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Melayu. Basic technical troubleshooting experience will be added advantages Basic knowledge of digital tools and platform (E.g.
