Job Brief:

This is a Customer Services position. A Call Center Representative helps customers with their questions and addresses issues regarding products or services. They are responsible for customers' inquiries or concerns via outbound and inbound calls. They will be supporting local customers in Bahasa and English.

Job will be located in Bandar Sunway.

o Win Potential Customers: Initiate call conversations with potential customers, emphasizing Postpaid upgrade campaigns, and persuading them to upgrade their plans. o Smart Probing: Engage with customers effectively, employing smart probing techniques to understand their pain points and needs, ultimately leading to successful sales closures. o Customer-Centric Approach: Actively listen to customers, empathize with their concerns, and offer appropriate solutions based on available offers and products. o Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies, products, and offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. o End-to-End Closure: Ensure complete resolution of customers' requests, handling all aspects of their inquiries, and escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary. o System Testing: Regularly test the systems and hardware used in telesales operations, providing feedback on their usability and efficiency. o Feedback Mechanism: Offer constructive feedback on training materials and any other related materials used in the telesales process, including accessibility considerations like Braille printouts. o Innovative Ideas: Proactively propose innovative ideas and strategies to achieve the goals set for the telesales focus group. o Voice of Customers: Gather and relay the Voice of Customers (VOC) to the project team, highlighting customer feedback, preferences, and suggestions for improvement.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

Must possess at least a SPM in any relevant field with at least 1 year working experience in Customer Service. o Strong communication and writing skills: Language proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. o Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to engage and communicate effectively with customers. o Customer Service Skills: A solid foundation in providing excellent customer care. o Experience in Telesales/Telemarketing is a must, preferably with Telco, Unifi, Astro Fibre, TM, or any other industries. o Digital Literacy: Basic knowledge of digital tools and platforms (App, WhatsApp, ChatBOT platforms, etc.)
