Job Description

Hiring: Customer Care Consultant (Postpaid) Location: Sunway Pinnacle Intake: 10 Nov 2025 Contract: 2 years (renewable) Working Hours: 5 working days, 2 days off (rotational shift) Salary Range: RM2,500 - RM3,400 Availability: Immediate starter preferred

Key Requirements:



Excellent communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage) Friendly and confident in handling customers Minimum 1 year experience in Contact Center / Customer Service Able to handle Postpaid & Fibre support Basic troubleshooting knowledge (mobile & fibre) Comfortable using digital tools (App, WhatsApp, ChatBOT, etc.) Sales-driven (able to up-sell / cross-sell)

Role Overview:



Handle inbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide solutions, and promote Maxis products such as Home Fibre or plan upgrades.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
