Job Description

Job Purpose



To engage, nurture, and convert prospective leads into confirmed appointments through effective communication and follow-up strategies for all branches under Sunfert Group. To provide accurate information, guidance, and support to potential patients throughout their inquiry journey. To enhance customer experience by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries via calls, messages, and all digital communication platforms. To contribute to lead conversion targets and overall business growth through proactive engagement and relationship management.

Duties



Conduct outbound and inbound contact (calls, messages, emails) to engage new inquiries, provide consultation on services, and convert leads into doctor appointments. To nurture prospective patients leads by offering personalized guidance and converting inquiries into confirmed clinical consultations or appointments.

Manage lead follow-up cycles, track progress, and maintain detailed records in the CRM system-HubSpot

. Deliver clear, accurate information regarding services, processes, pricing, and appointment preparation. Build rapport with potential patients, addressing concerns and objections with empathy and professionalism. Work closely with Customer Service teams to align messaging and enhance conversion effectiveness. Achieve monthly lead conversion and appointment-setting KPIs. Continuously update lead status, track performance, and share insights to improve scripts and engagement strategy. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to data protection policies.

Requirements



Possess Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service / Service Management, Communications / Public Relations, Marketing, Hospitality & Tourism, Psychology (bonus for understanding customer behaviors). Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. Strong proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage). Resilience and perseverance and patience to vary enquiries. Strong organizational and time management skills. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems. Ability to articulate information clearly and confidently. A customer-focused mindset and professional attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
