Job Description


Customer Care Executive for Authorized Perodua Service Centre. - Require to work in a team and report to Service Manager. - Daily follow-ups call with new and existing customers to maintain healthy relationship and follow-up on any issues. - To create awareness and leads in social media and other medium of communication towards company campaign. - Be able to work under pressure and independently. - A good listener and able to communicate effectively in Malay and English medium. - To assist any task given by Service Manager from time to time.
EXCELLENT DEAL (M) SDN BHD is an authorized Perodua Sales Dealer since 1997. We have serve more than 20,000 customers to own Perodua Cars. We provide New Perodua vehicles sales and general insurance sales to the customers. In 2021, we are expanding into Service Centre that estimated to be operation in quarter 4 this year.
