Customer Care Executive
Penang - Perai, Butterworth, Johor
*Salary RM 3,000 - RM 4,500*
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or any equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Detailed oriented and passionate towards serving others with great enthusiasm.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Attending to incoming calls and customer enquiries in timely manner.
To assist in preparing quotation, confirmed order, delivery order, and invoices.
Dealing with customers to provide update order status.
To work closely with logistics department to ensure on-time delivery to customer.
To coordinate with customers and prepare shipping documents needed.
