Job Description


& Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer onboarding and after sales services.
  • Acknowledge and respond to enquiry on timely basis via multiple channels (walk-in, calls, e-mails, FB and or any other social media platform).
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers to obtain their feedback regarding product/service quality.
  • Support sale & marketing activities.
  • To be actively involved in the search for business opportunity and new marketing tools to increase sales.
Job Requirements
  • Possess at least SPM/ Diploma in any discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.
  • Service oriented & strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Able to start work immediately will be preferred.
  • Mandarin speaking required to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers.
