Responsible to handle all type of customers from various channel interactions (Voice & Email).
Responsible to ensure customer satisfaction in providing service information and enquiries. Complaints and feedback are attended promptly in professional manner.
Handle and follow up all inquiries that comes directly to contact center from end customer
Location: Damansara Salary: RM1800-RM2200 Working 5 days per week Requirement :
Minimum SPM/STPM/Certificate (SPM with credit in BM, English & Mathematic)
Able to work shift, on weekend and public holiday as per schedule
