PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

  • Generate sales figure for Balance Transfer and Cash Excess to support business target and growth
  • Understand the different types of services and products offered by the RHB and as well as other banks product offering.
  • Provide and communicate information on product and services to customer
  • Execute and perform end-to-end process on sales solicitation through outbound contacts
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To achieve stipulated sales/daily productivity KPIs targets.
  • Perform outbound call on sales referrals received via various channels e.g Inbound, Corporate website and non-call channels e.g correspondence emails and social media
  • Ensure all referrals lead assigned are completed by stipulated time line.
  • Perform end-to-end process of Balance Transfer and Cash excess enrollment via a recorded phone call
  • Perform peer confirmation for other team members to solicit sales as a 2nd layer of verification under compliance regulation
  • Perform competitor analysis on other banks' product offering and know the competitors strength and weakness. This is to provide customer with better insight in taking Balance Transfer and Cash Excess facility with RHB instead of other banks.
  • Perform an effective and consistence follow up with customers to promote customer loyalty to continue doing business with RHB
  • Build good networking and rapport with internal and external customers that includes maintaining and cultivating good working relations with other business units and as well as team members.
  • Provide an added value service by attending to customer enquiry for matters related to post-sales e.g payment disbursement issue
  • Being proactive and informative in updating customer on the latest promotion
  • Ad-hoc activities to support on handling customer experience
Requirements
  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree or Diploma with 5 years experience in the relevant field.
  • Minimum 1-2 year experience in Call Centre operations
