A Customer Engagement Associate job has become available at a recognised multinational company. About the Customer Engagement Associate Role:
This position is responsible for providing customer services, specifically related to conducting services for customers. You will be a part of a team of specialists reporting to the Customer Engagement Manager. You will work with global teams in Order-to-Cash and Supply Chain to achieve high-performance and meet customer service expectations and targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, proactively managing and maintaining customer relationships, driving continuous improvement projects with customers to enhance customer experience and reduce costs
  • Optimise services by working with customers to maximise stock on orders and minimise obsoletes, managing key supply chain issues between the customer and the company, managing the entire claim cycle from end to end, following up on overdue responses and conducting root cause analysis
  • Provide planning and sales teams with insight from a detailed understanding of customer systems and processes and communicate information to the customer about relevant upcoming company activities
  • Work on project activities with the customer to improve the company\'s service or delivery efficiency and report, analyse, and achieve KPIs by implementing continuous improvement activities related to availability, inventory, forecasting, execution of events, and value creation
  • Maintain customer satisfaction levels, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure business and customer needs are being met, alerting the planning team to critical SKUs that sell differently from the plan, and supporting the resolution of disconnect between supply and demand
  • Handle major variances to customer ordering patterns, such as depot or store openings and network changes, support the total customer service team, and maintain operational coverage in times of absence or other priorities
To succeed in this role, you will need experience in customer service and be well versed in SAP S/4 HANA. Key Requirements:
  • Degree in supply chain, logistics, business or any related discipline
  • Minimum of three years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in order management
  • Strong knowledge in customer service/order-to-cash processes and logistics
  • Experience in using SAP, with S4 Hana knowledge is an advantage
  • A detailed, customer-oriented, and hands-on attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently
