Job Responsibilities

• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfProvide technical leadership for Premier customers around the world to

help ensure their IT environments are kept optimized and healthy. * Guidance on best practices, risk assessments, migrations, and onsite, remote, and dedicated support services.

• Troubleshoot and maintain their solution in line with Microsoft best practices.
• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfDeliver onsite and dedicated services for Microsoft\'s Premier customers.
• Possess deep technical expertise in at least one technical specialty and can solve complex technical problems through sound, creative troubleshooting. You will also need to be able to examine possible workarounds and escalations as required.
• Set an example of excellence as a Microsoft representative, enhancing the company\'s image and reputation through your credibility, preparation, commitment, and first-class delivery.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills; ability to develop strategic on-going customer relationships, gain trust and respect for the company. Engineers must also possess strong technical writing, presentation and training skills.

• Enjoy teamwork, and actively contribute to their peer group as well as our customer account teams.

• Communicate at all levels from CIO to the technical staff on the ground.

Job Requirements:

• \xef\xbb\xbfExchange Server and Active Directory General:

• Technical experience with on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, deployment, troubleshooting, and technology management.
• At least five or more project experience.
• 5+ years experience in architecture designs, deployment, troubleshooting, technology management.
• Self-reliant and strong team player, working in a fast-paced environment where technology and customers\' requirements can change regularly.
• Understanding of Microsoft\'s Modern IT Architecture and Strategy

PowerShell\\Scripting experience.

• \xef\xbb\xbfMicrosoft Exchange Server:

• Deep understanding in Exchange server architecture 2010\\2013\\2016.
• Deep troubleshooting skills with Exchange server 2010\\2013\\2016.
• Designing & implementing services of MS Exchange server (2010, 2013, 2016, 2019) such as: High availability (DAG), Public Folders, Mail Flow, Disaster Recovery, Managed Availability, Messaging Policies, Compliance, Configuring Reporting & Logging.
• Experience in assessing Exchange Servers, health checks of existing solutions, provide best practice recommendations, guidance on clients, supporting customers on their operations in Exchange environments which includes change, release, performance, and availability management.
• Experience with Exchange migrations, upgrades, and optimizations.
• Deep understanding in SMTP.
• Experience and skills with Failover Clustering.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Proven track record in successfully planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on- premises environments.

Remuneration:

MYR 10,000 - MYR 15,000
