We are looking for a dedicated Production Printers Customer Engineer to provide high-quality service and support for Konica Minolta's production printing systems and office equipment. This role blends technical expertise with customer-facing service, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our advanced printing solutions.

Production Printers Customer Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

Perform installation, configuration, and testing of production/industrial printers at client locations. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for printing equipment and software. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance. Train end-users on equipment usage, safety, and basic troubleshooting. Collaborate with internal technical teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues. Maintain detailed service logs, documentation, and customer feedback. Provide timely and effective responses to customer service requests. Support product upgrades, feature updates, and system integrations. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines at all times.

Job Requirement:

Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience. Preferably an Executive specialising in Engineering or equivalent. Good communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin for both spoken and written

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
