To support our growth, we are looking for a Customer Executive to help support our growing customer portfolio.
An opportunity where you will get all the training you need to succeed! We are looking for a team player to take up the role as customer executive and be responsible for dealing with all our APAC contract customers, securing that we deliver Wheels and Brakes for the customers Aircraft in accordance with requirements.
In this team, you will learn all our processes from scratch, as we have a close day-to-day dialogue with our customers and with our repair shops around the world. We manage all supply to our customers and create the plans for our repair shops, securing that we get all the units required done in the right time and quantity, to prepare the delivery of new fresh serviceable units when needed.
What you will be responsible of
Working from our office in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for general customer support, assuring smooth-running of assigned programs and securing the operational logistic flow in that connection.
