We are looking for a customer centric individual who has a knack of continuous improvement for our dynamic and lean CX team. Our ideal teammate should be good at engaging leads in our conversion funnel, mainly focusing on converting leads to potential investors throughout the customer journey. And you should enjoy working in a fast-paced start-up environment.

What you will do:
  • Investor analytics & servicing - provide business intelligence on investor behavior / feedback, risk appetite, forecast supply of funding. Produce relevant investor communications as well as educational materials for new investment products.
  • Propose, plan and implement initiatives and campaigns related to customers\' acquisition (lead generation, conversion etc.) and perform post campaign analysis.
  • Facilitate accurate and efficient processes to support customers\' end-to-end journey by performing the relevant research and analysis.
  • Champion the voice of customers within the organization, nurture a culture of customer centricity and share knowledge, ideas, best practices with others.
  • Assist Managers on all things that impact the customer experience, including process, automation, UI/UX and much more.
Requirements:

What we are looking for:
  • Having experience in digital customers\' journeys such as digital acquisition and retention is a must.
  • Having experience in the financial services/fintech industries or possessing knowledge in finance is a must.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Excel is a must. Knowledge in SQL will be an added advantage.
  • Possess analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated, meticulous and able to work independently to achieve defined targets.
