Customer Experience Executive (cantonese Speaker)

Job Description




Reporting to the Shared Services Team Leader. The primary focus of the role is to be responsible for handling and resolving hirers and candidates\' enquiries through hotline, chat, and emails.

  • You are able to assist clients on advertisement refinements and give advices
  • You will keep trustful relationship with clients through proactive follow-up actions
  • You are able to recommend suitable product features through inbound calls
  • You will conduct low-touch product features training to promote product usage or adoption
The suitable candidate must have:
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service/ telesales experience
  • Proficient in spoken Cantonese & English
  • Amenable to working with HK workdays and holidays
  • Customer-oriented with proactive and good customer servicing attitude
  • Presentable and strong in communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in customer servicing
Preferred if have:
  • Experience in online businesses and/ or technology.
  • South-East Asia experience.
Working Hours:
  • Monday - Friday (9:00PM - 6:00PM)

  • Basic Salary: RM 3,000 - RM 5,000 + Language Allowance (fixed)
