Vacancy: Customer Experience Executive - Mandarin and English Speaker Project: Grocery Location: UOA Shah Alam, Malaysia (Accessible by LRT Subang Jaya or KTM Subang Jaya) Start date: Immediate Total Salary Package: RM 3000 and more Working Hours: 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM (Rotational 9.5 hours, 5-day shifts) Qualification: SPM and above Job Role: Prior experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is advantageous. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking customers. Ability to commit to rotating shift hours, with changing work patterns on a monthly basis (9.5 hours per shift, including a 1-hour meal break and short breaks). Responsibilities include providing product and service information, resolving customer issues, answering questions, and suggesting additional products or services.
