Role and Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Role model customer centric behavior and advocate for positive change whilst working fluidly supporting the delivery of customer experience.
  • Lead the customer journey development by developing and maintaining an on-going customer experience strategy for anticipating and meeting customer needs based on local data and insights.
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization to review and drive end-to-end customer experience and ensures alignment with organizational structures and intent.
  • Contribute to the development of a customer centric culture and improved experience including customer conversion and retention.
  • Develop and conceptualize strategies to grow and sustain CAE KL\xe2\x80\x99s voice across different platform specifically towards print and online media outlets with the aim of achieving maximum visibility.
  • Identify, manage and grow network of industry clients and participate in relevant professional organizations and networking activities that will grow CAE KL\xe2\x80\x99s brand recognition and reputations.
  • Leads the monthly customer meetings and accountable for all internal and external newsletters and customer communications materials.
  • Led continuous improvement activities involving processes and procedures in support of organizational objectives.
  • Oversees day-to-day activities and manages a team of customer service support representatives.
  • Procurement Lead / Visa and Immigration Lead for CAE KL
