THE POSITION
To implement and execute the capabilities of Sales Force Excellence* \xe2\x80\x9cSFE\xe2\x80\x9d across Boehringer Ingelheim\xe2\x80\x99s (BI) Animal Health OPU organization in a strategic and sustainable manner, considering the overarching AHBU strategy and focusing on:
Implement SFE end-to-end processes within OPU (customer segmentation & targeting, sales incentive programs for the field teams)
Execution of local implementation of the global & regional SFE initiatives
Managing a local sales performance framework incl. KPIs via internal (CRM) and third party data
Measurement of customer experience and effectiveness through KPI\xe2\x80\x99s via internal and third party data
Manage execution of Customer Relationship Management Solutions (Veeva)
