THE POSITION

To implement and execute the capabilities of Sales Force Excellence* \xe2\x80\x9cSFE\xe2\x80\x9d across Boehringer Ingelheim\xe2\x80\x99s (BI) Animal Health OPU organization in a strategic and sustainable manner, considering the overarching AHBU strategy and focusing on:

Implement SFE end-to-end processes within OPU (customer segmentation & targeting, sales incentive programs for the field teams)

Execution of local implementation of the global & regional SFE initiatives

Managing a local sales performance framework incl. KPIs via internal (CRM) and third party data

Measurement of customer experience and effectiveness through KPI\xe2\x80\x99s via internal and third party data

Manage execution of Customer Relationship Management Solutions (Veeva)

  • Customer Experience Manager will serve as a local strategic partner responsible for the development & execution of sales force effectiveness and learning strategies, tools, operational framework and processes to support BI business objectives.
This role executes key initiatives, critical projects & continuous improvement activities and is responsible for the quality and effectiveness of BI sales force, through executing the continuous improvement of a high performing sales organization.

Tasks & responsibilities

Effectively implement SFE end-to-end processes within OPU (customer segmentation & targeting, sales incentive programs for the field teams)

Execution of local implementation of the global & regional SFE initiatives. looking possibilities to extend the framework to distributors in MYSG.

Managing a local sales performance framework incl. KPIs via internal (CRM) and third party (Distributors) sales and KA data

seeking for possibility to execution of Customer Relationship Management Solutions in MYSG (Veeva)

Requirements

Bachelor Degree; Masters Degree preferable
