To implement and execute the capabilities of Sales Force Excellence* \xe2\x80\x9cSFE\xe2\x80\x9d across Boehringer Ingelheim\xe2\x80\x99s (BI) Animal Health OPU organization in a strategic and sustainable manner, considering the overarching AHBU strategy and focusing on:


  • Implement SFE end-to-end processes within OPU (customer segmentation & targeting, sales incentive programs for the field teams)

  • Execution of local implementation of the global & regional SFE initiatives

  • Managing a local sales performance framework incl. KPIs via internal (CRM) and third party data

  • Measurement of customer experience and effectiveness through KPI\xe2\x80\x99s via internal and third party data

  • Manage execution of Customer Relationship Management Solutions (Veeva)


* Customer Experience Manager will serve as a local strategic partner responsible for the development & execution of sales force effectiveness and learning strategies, tools, operational framework and processes to support BI business objectives.
This role executes key initiatives, critical projects & continuous improvement activities and is responsible for the quality and effectiveness of BI sales force, through executing the continuous improvement of a high performing sales organization. Tasks & responsibilities

  • Effectively implement SFE end-to-end processes within OPU (customer segmentation & targeting, sales incentive programs for the field teams)

  • Execution of local implementation of the global & regional SFE initiatives. looking possibilities to extend the framework to distributors in MYSG.

  • Managing a local sales performance framework incl. KPIs via internal (CRM) and third party (Distributors) sales and KA data

  • seeking for possibility to execution of Customer Relationship Management Solutions in MYSG (Veeva)
Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree; Masters Degree preferable

  • Skills & Experience
