Job Type : Permanent A great opportunity to work with Bank Industry.
  • Handle incoming calls and resolve any bank products / services.
  • Sign up customers for I-Banking for ease use of online banking.
  • Maintain contact records to reflect latest information.
  • Reduce requests and complaints turnaround.
  • Promoting bank current promotion / information to customer before end call.
  • Maintain accuracy of information given to customers.
  • Probe & identify financial needs on service calls and pitch relevant solutions
  • Ensure all sales pitches are made without any mis-selling.
  • High chance to be transferred to Live Chat Department and other internal roles such as Team Leader, etc.
