  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee and optimize end-to-end operational processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Lead and manage a team of operational staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their operational needs, address concerns, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and innovation.
  • Determine staffing requirements, allocate resources effectively, and ensure appropriate skill sets are available to meet operational needs.
Tanggungjawab
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese is mandatory.
  • Thai language is a plus.
  • Preferably with 1 year of working experience in the customer service, call centre, telemarketing is required for this position.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, RM systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, junior position available.
