  • Implemented a hybrid 2.0 model that entails working one week from the office and eight weeks from home (new hires are required to work from the office for the first three months).
  • Provide exceptional customer service and cater to the needs of our customers and partners through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle a large volume of inquiries from clients and customers in a professional manner.
  • Be responsible for meeting individual and team goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Understand and execute business strategies to enhance customer service through self-service options.
  • Continuously identify and suggest process improvements.
  • Maintain effective communication with Team Leaders and Managers.
  • Perform office-based administrative duties as needed.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of customer information and demonstrate a high level of integrity at all times.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and concerns, including operational problems and pricing or invoice queries.
  • Training provided for all new joiners.
Requirements:
  • We are seeking individuals who possess exceptional spoken and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  • Must hold a minimum educational qualification of a Diploma or higher.
  • Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service or call center setting are preferred.
  • Availability for shift work rotations (AM/PM/Midnight shifts) is necessary.
  • The ability to work on public holidays and weekends is also required.
  • Desired personality traits include a positive attitude, enthusiasm, attention to detail, responsibility, trustworthiness, ethics, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Customer service skills such as attentiveness, empathy, patience, consistency, persuasion, impeccable phone manners, and communication skills are essential.
Job Type: Permanent Salary: RM3,600.00 - RM4,200.00 per month Benefits:
