The Position

Role Purpose

Customer innovation & Consulting Lead, you will be responsible for providing daily leadership

1) marketing innovative products like Roche developed digital product and 3rd party developed products

2) digital product implementation and support for value adding beyond laboratory

3) coaching the innovation partner to deliver strategic healthcare consulting projects for key stakeholders both external and internal with the aim of driving the transformation of the healthcare system in Malaysia markets.

In this position, you will be in a key role to help shape and enable the RDMY strategy, and contribute to the overall Roche Diagnostics vision.

You demonstrate personal purpose around improving the healthcare ecosystem thinking from an enterprise level, beyond boundaries and borders, to bring the best possible outcomes to the health environment; creating better health outcomes for more patients faster, and by bringing a strong entrepreneurial mentality with outstanding partnering capabilities.

In this role, you will

Analyses the evolving market environment, develops the strategy such as customer segmentations, positioning, branding, messaging, PR/communications, pricing strategy and ensures effective rollout of digital product strategy to the marketplace.

Develop and implement business strategies to achieve profitable relationships and identify potential opportunities with major accounts across the Customer Area.

Drive new business cases with current resources and build a solid foundation in the market including general awareness activities and evaluation activities for new business development

Creates innovative products incl. digital solution roadmaps and aligns with cross-functional teams on the prioritization and timing of capabilities to meet current and future state customer needs across patient and healthcare professional customers.

Lead the team for the portfolio management such as launch planning and lifecycle management incl. Phase out plan.

provide strategic decision making, leadership and planning including the efficient and effective use of resources. If applicable, you will have direct responsibility for leading and managing digital sales account executives and overseeing personnel strategies.

Develops and maintains close business contacts with key internal and external leaders, influencers and decision-makers and ensures strong stakeholder management across the team, including strong partnerships with field support and commercial leadership.

Lead a team of Healthcare consultants with expertise in workflow simulation, lab visualization and Lean methodology

Coaching to the Innovation partner in charge of IT implementation support for customers who want to introduce innovative product in the early stage

Support the team to review different options for optimizing internal processes and patient flows by analyzing the patient-reported outcomes including Cost Effectiveness Analysis & Budget Impact Analysis, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.

Any other tasks or projects as assigned from time to time.

Qualification and Experience

5+ years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry to provide the solution.

Passion for the healthcare industry \xe2\x80\x93 A thought leader with a good understanding of how the healthcare industry operates and the unique characteristics of the industry ecosystem.

Experience and success in negotiating complex deals and partnerships with customers and partners.

Experience in developing project/service management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)

Preferable Experience with leading projects which relate to Hospital/Lab IT implementation.
