JOB REQUIREMENT :

Min. Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent. Min. 3 years experience as Customer Quality Engineer. Experience in Precision Manufacturing / Automotive Industry. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality standard. IATF Core Tools. Good attitude and willing to learn new things and new skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION :

Responsible as customer Engineering CQE (window person to customer) and report to QA Manager. Establish Process Control Plan (PCP) and prepare or retrieve from other departments for documentations which define in PCP. Establish APQP and conduct PPAP elements as per TS16949 procedures (applicable to Automotive CQE only). Maintain and update customer drawing and external customer requirement standard with document controller. Establish inspection Working Instruction with related to your customer product in charged. Responsible as team leader in 8th Discipline Corrective Action meeting whenever customer complaint raised or internal non-conforming product detected. Responsible as auditor team with QMS division to conduct supplier site evaluation / audit. Review VMI daily inspection yield, target weekly yield 97%. Initiate Yield Improvement Activities report to keep monitoring whenever yield below 97%. Responsible to support IPQC, IQC and OQC in terms of training conductor, training materials and trainer. Attend customer meeting (domestic and oversea) upon requested by customer when quality issue raised. Attend customer meeting (domestic and oversea) upon requested by customer for new quality requirement briefing/conference. Responsible to prepare and present Key Performance Indicator KPI which assigned by QA Manager on monthly basis. Lead as auditee when customer regular audit conducting in Notion Venture premises. (Regular audit, process audit, new product qualification audit, environmental audit). Responsible to be internal audit team member to conduct manufacturing product audit on monthly basis. Responsible to summarize customer in charged parts performance on monthly basis (internal NCR rate, customer complaint rate, cost of poor quality due to sorting/RTV and report to QA Manager on monthly basis.
