Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Maintenance: Provide daily communication and maintenance services for designated customers through channels such as WhatsApp.
End-to-End Grading Service Management: Oversee the entire process of PSA grading services, including receiving, logging, and labeling trading cards; coordinating with pre-grading specialists for preliminary assessment; and promptly relaying pre-grading results to customers.
Official Submission & Progress Tracking: Upload and submit grading requests on the PSA official website based on customers' final confirmed requirements; monitor the grading status daily on the platform and proactively update customers on the latest progress.
Proactively identify new customers.
