Customer Relation Executive
Location:
Puncak Alam
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday (half-day on Saturday)
8.30 am - 5.30 pm, 8.30 am - 12.30 pm
Requirements:
Prefer female candidates Experience in the automotive industry is a must Possess a valid car driving license (Class D) Good communication and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and in a team Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for phone calls and emails Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally Support the sales team and assist in promoting company services Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
